the operating tension is controlled by pneumatically and low friction dancing roller

Rewinding Unit

(1) Double shafts turret type with automatic positioning splicer. Composed of AC vector motors,

the operating tension is controlled by pneumatically and low friction dancing roller

(2) Automatic Taper tensions can be easily adjusted on the touch panel according to the

different material specifications for curve, slope, or straight three setting modes

(3) Two additional touch rollers for both rewinding shafts are pneumatically pressure control

ensure the smoothness of the rewinding material without any sliding

In-feeding Unit (1) Two rolls press type with pneumatically adjustable pressure control

Extrusion Unit

This machine uses high quality T-Die. The line speed, extrusion RPM and thickness can be

controlled and monitored through the touch panel to reach proper lamination
Trimming Device The auto edge trimming device with shear cutter and web width is adjustable
Extrusion Laminating Unit

(1) The Cooling roll employs a mirror surface that can remove bubbles during laminating,

featuring in quick stripping and laminating flatly

(2) The Silica gluing roll and laminating cooling roll employ screw cooling unit, featuring in fast

cooling and that the cast film is easy to be formed
