50 degree Flat carbide end mill, 4flute milling cutter, tungsten carbide end mill cutting tools

There are 2 flute(for key slot milling), 3 flute(for aluminum or copper milling), 4 flute(general milling), 6 flute(special application most in customize) flat end mills. 4 flute flat end mill is the most general flat end mills.

For milling workpiece of which hardness is below HRC 50degree, carbide grade BT45 is applied as raw material(ground carbide rod), BT45 has below physical characters:
