2 flutes ball nosed end mills, Made from high quality virgin material solid carbide rod, 9% , 10% or 12% cobalt content, grain size 0.2μm to 0.8μm . Coated by TiSiN, nACo4, TiCXSiN,nACo4-blue coatings or no coating, suitable for maching 45 to 65HRC materials, such as steel, carbon steel, pre-hardened steel, cast iron, stainless steel,titanium alloy etc.

For milling workpiece of which hardness is HRC 60 to 65 degree, carbide grade BT60 is applied as raw material(ground carbide rod), BT45 has below physical characters:
