MIM Sintering Furnace
Vacuum furnace, that is, in the specific space of the furnace chamber, uses the vacuum system (composed of vacuum pump, vacuum measuring device, vacuum valve and other components after careful assembly) to discharge air in the furnace chamber so that the pressure in the furnace chamber is less than a standard atmospheric pressure, and the space in the furnace chamber can realize the vacuum state. This is the vacuum furnace.
MIM industry is one very important application for vacuum furnace. MIM(Metal Injection Moulding) technology is becoming more and more popular because of the very high material usage rate, the very complicated metal shape can come out from sintering furnace without further machining. There are two kinds of internal thermostats or thermal field, one is graphite thermal field, which can sinter stainless steel, iron base, copper base alloy etc. furnace inside as below pictures show:
