Small automatic bottled drinking water production line combiblock machine
Overview
The combiblock has integrated the functions of blowing, filling, and capping. It's controlled by PLC, the touch screen would demonstrate the various parameters, such as heating temperature, pressure change curve in blowing process, filling liquid level position etc. If customers want to have any adjustments, they just need to change the parameters on the screen.
Working process
►Blowing system
1). High-speed blow valve group with high-speed network control ensures blowing technic precision and unification.
2). Three-dimensional dynamic simulating design ensures exact and reliable cam transmission and mesh.
3). High-pressure blow valve group optimum design helps save air a lot.
4). Quick-change for bottle mould.
5). Wearable aluminum alloy mould surface with special treatment of hardness.
6). Key points automatic lubrication.
1_Ionic gas duster
In-line ion gas duster, which is preform purification technology, cleans the preform
2_Preform heating furance
High-efficiency and energy saving preform heating technology help save much electrical power in preform heating part.
3_Blowing part
Self-adaptation two-step blowing technology ensure the smooth and effective blowing process, from which produce high-quality bottles.
4_Gripper
It adopts the gripper transfer technology accurately controlled by cam mechanism. It is very stable and reliable while transferring preforms and bottle at high speed.Preform picking & sending and bottle picking & ranking are all finished by grippers to avoid middle pollution.
►Filling machine
1). High-speed and high-precision filling valve: 200ml/s, ± 2mm.
2). Servo drive system
3). With CIP cleaning function
4). The arrangement of steel gear and nylon gear is chiastic to reduce noise.
►Capping machine
1). Magnetic constant torque, defective rate≤ 0.2%
2). Reversal caps ejecting device
3). No bottles, no feeding cap
Advantages
►The recovery system in blowing part can reduce air consumption by 15%-20%.
►The ceramic plate and reverse trail system in the heating part can reduce the electricity by 10%-15%.
►Compared to traditional separate machines where blowing machine and filling machine are connected by air conveyor, combiblock has reduced many processes, reducing the erosion of bottles in transmission process, thus making bottle weight-light possible. And the bottle weight (taking 500ml as an example) can be reduced to 10g from 24g.
