General Description

This automatic PET bottle sparkling water soft drink filling machine combins bottle rinsing, filling and capping. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of sparkling water, carbonated soft drink and soda water, on the basis of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced technology from Germany and Italy.With washing filling capping unit combined in one machine,easy operation by touch screen, fully-automatic running by PLC program.

Air Conveyor.

Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top.
Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power.
All are made of stainless steel SUS 304 /316.
