Machine Description
► Bottle feed-in
The conveyor is directly connected with bottle-in starwheel.
High speed filling line is of clamp transferring technology. Bottle shapes are more varied, and the working table inside the machine is more laconic.
► Rinsing, filling and capping 3-in-1 monoblock machine
By 3-in-1 monoblock, the bottle goes through rinsing, filling and capping with little abrasion, and the transferring is stable, bottle changing is easier.
Specially designed stainless steel bottle clamp dose not contact the thread parts of the bottle neck, avoiding the second contamination.
The high speed line is of ring type pressure bearing hydraulic cylinder.
High speed and isobaric filling valve assures the high filling speed and exact fluid level.
Spares contact with the liquid are all of excellent stainless steel or food level plastic. The electric system is of international brand and achieves the national food sanitary standard.
The bottle-out starwheel is of screw down shape. When bottle size is changed, there is no need to adjust the transferring chain's height.
► Component
3-in-1 monoblock is composed of rinser, filler, capper, frame, sealing window, main motor and transferring system, cap unscramblerr and electric control system etc.
The overturning device of the rinser is mainly composed of water distributor, bottle clamp, up turnplate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray.
Filling device is mainly composed of filling tank, filling valve, guide rail, elevating device, elevating device, etc.
Capping device is composed of cap unscramblerr, cap drop rail and capper.
► Auxiliary
The assistant equipments include rinsing water return tank, bottle-in conveyor and bottle-out chain. Besides that, according to the customer's need, the machine could be equipped with manual bottle loader (or bottle unscrambling), manual bottle arranging multichains, automatic cap elevator, etc.
The height of the bottle transferring chain could be adjusted. The starwheel transfers the bottle to the rinser, filler and capper, then send out by the transferring chain. For the bottle block, bottle lack, cap lack and overload, there are protection devices. The machine meets the national food sanitary standard, highly automatic production and easy operation.
