Filling Machines For Beer,Beer Filling Machine Small,Beer Filling Bottling Machine

1.Working procedure

Can is pushed into can holding platform one by one by feeding screw and star-wheel. After flushing by CO2, centering cup of filling valve will fall to can; the distance between filling valves and cans are sealed by springiness plastic ring. The movement of centering cup is generated by plastic idler wheel along curvilinear motion. After filled, valve will be closed, air is discharged, and centering cup will rise from the can. Filled can will be sent to conveyor chain, then to capper. Seamer will take the lid, turn over the edge of can and turn the edge to finish the sealing action by the control of cam. High pressure foam flushing device is equipped. After that can is transferred to conveying system.

2.Main features

1) Wholly sealed widow structure which is beautiful, concise, easy and highly operated;

2) Cycling tank design with precision polishing inside;

3) High precision and large flow rate filling valves to meet productive requirement;

4) Specially designed roller structure which is easy to be adjusted, locked and ensure sealing function;

5) Friendly and convenient operating panel with high expansibility.

6) The filling valve is adopts high precision mechanism valve, fast speed filling, high precision liquid level.

7) The filling vat adopts SUS304 or 316L material designed sealing vat, to achieve constant pressure filling.

8) The flow rate of the filling valve>125ml/s.

9) Main transmission adopts toothed belt and gearbox open-type transmission assemblies, high efficiency, low noise.

10) The main drive adopts step-less speed change for frequency conversion, the whole machine adopts PLC control; the capping machine and filling machine adopt coupling joint, to ensure synchronization of two machines.

11) With filling with can, no filling without can.

12) The filling manner is constant pressure filling, with fast filling speed and stable action.

EQUIPMENT FEATURES

2.Parts with contact with material are all made of stainless steel of food-grade, no dead angles and easy to clean up.
3.Filling volume is controlled with film valves to ensure accurate filling.
4.Liquid buffer element specially designed inside filling valves can eliminate the cutting affection and wallop between liquid and container, easy to eliminate the air bubble in material.
5.Equipped with overload system to safeguard machine and operators.
6.Equipped with cap absence detector and bottle jam-up detector, which could stop the monoblock in that case.
7.Equipped with output calculating function for monoblock.
8.Main electronic components (touch screen, PLC and frequency inverter) are imported products.

I. China-beverage offers 12 months maintenance period to the problem that caused by machine design, manufacture and the material
quality, and offers the relevant parts and effective service for free for above reason.
II. China-beverage provides recommended spare parts.
III. China-beverage provides the instruation book for the machines operation and maintenace troubleshooting. And normally, the
language of instruction book is Engligh.
B. Installation
I. Before machines are delivered into your factory, your esteemed company need to prepare the water, electricity, etc...When
machines reached at your factory, engineers from China-Beverage will go to your factory within two week, to finish the machines
installation, and train your workers.
C. Sample service
I. For the machines operation & maintenace troubleshooting, you completely don't worry about that. When all machines have been
manufacturered, China-beverage will take the video about machines operating, then show that to you.
II. You are welcome to come to visit China-beverage factory, and see the machine running.
III. If we get the permission of the customers who have bought the machines from us, we can provide you their contact information
and you can go and visit.
D. Payment term
30% T/T in advance as deposit, and the balance be cleared before shipment.
