Main feature

1. Machine Material: SUS304 or SUS316.
2. PLC Controlled + English edition MMI.
3. Centre filling valve adopted to ensure max. Filling flow and min. bottle distortion.
4. Filling speed adjustable.
5. CIP system connected directly for tank and filling valve cleaning.
6. Specially designed filling valve, with max. Beverage flow rate and min. Bottle distortion during and after filling; The filling process will be stable, accurate without any spillage.
7. Directly connected to CIP system, to ensure sanitation for the tank, filling valve, filling tunnel.
8. All the machines will be controlled by PLC and transducer, the filling speed can be adjustable according to customer requirement.
9. All the machines will be with the material SUS304 or SUS316, and we can produce the tank in the filling line according to customized requirement.
