General Description
DXGF monoblock system is suitable for packing beverage containing CO2. Its performance is as follwing: all parts, for instance, filling valve, which directly contact medium are made of stainless steel or harmless material. So it conforms to the requirements of food sanitation. Sealing parts are made of heat-proofing rubber, in order to meet the technique requirements of users to sterilization at high temperature.
Using programmable controller to realize fully automatic control from bottles entering to finishing packing.
Using transducer as speed regulator, so the user can regulate the machine easily to suit different power requirements.
Adopting equal pressure filling principle and current spring valves in order to assure beverage quality.
Using advanced magnetic coupler to regulate cap-screwing torque, in order to assure capping quality .

Machine Description
► Bottle feed-in
The conveyor is directly connected with bottle-in starwheel.
High speed filling machine is of clamp transferring technology. Bottle shapes are more varied, and the working table inside the machine is more laconic.
► Washing part
It is mainly consist of washing pump, bottle clamps, water distributor, up turn-plate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water take and rinse water refluxing tank.
How to work?
1. Make bottles be cleaned completely to grip the bottle neck, rotate filling plate, inverse bottle , internal rinsing and external spraying.
2. With imported special efficient spray nozzle, the washing water will be sprayed in a particular angle, can wash any part of the inner wall, rinse with water thoroughly and save flush bottle.
3. Washing part moves by a frame in the transmission system through the gear transmission.
► Filling Part
It is mainly consist of filling barrel, filling valves (normal temperature and normal pressure filling), filling pump, bottle hanging device , bottle pedestals, elevating device, liquid indicator, pressure gauge, vacuum pump, etc.
How to work?
1. Filling method is gravity filling with holding bottle neck ,the special back flow type of the filling valve can avoid leakage after filling and also control liquid level accurately.
2.The filling with wishing and capping is connecting with the thumbwheel card bottleneck transportation methods.
► Capping Part
It is mainly consist of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment
How to work ?
1. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel. The photoelectric detection of the detecting signal detects the bottle, send a message to the valve cover, the cylinder cap will open, the caps will be blew into the cover plate by compressed air.
2. Magnetic torque bottle holding type can minimize the cap damage rate and make the capping performance the best.
