Auto bottle blowing filling capping combiblock machine for water production line

To meet customers' requirement that the blow molding machine should be high speed and energy saving, China-Beverage develops fully automatic rotary blow molding machine, which combines the filling and capping machine together in one combiblock system, mainly for the drinking water, CSD and beverage filling line. The advantage of this equipment is that it is highly intelligentized, with stable performance, high efficiency and low production cost, and achieves the national food sanitation standards. It is the preferred choice for the large and middle scale beverage production line.

Working process

►1. Preform feeding system: preform hopper, preform elevator, preform unscrambler

These preforms enter the preform elevator from preform feeding hopper, then transported by the elevator to the preform unscrambler. By through two inclined rollers that rotate upward at the same speed,these preforms falling into the gap of the rollers are automatically arranged and outputted.

►2. Preform ionic air de-duster

To clean and sterilize the preform inside.

►3. Preform heater

It adopts the optimal heating process state of the preform screw thread mouth downward, to reduce the bad influence of the upward convection hot air on the preform screw-thread mouth, and it is more convenient to heat the embryo body of preform fully in a limited space. Besides, it will be more energy efficient and more uniform.
The Air flow, bottle-neck cooling waterway and air-cooling protection devices in the heating zone have been carefully designed to effectively protect the bottle-neck.

►4. Blowing machine

These heated preforms are sent to the mold by specialized mechanical hands that along a certain cam curve. The preform is stretched and pre-blown, and then passed through the high pressure gas to be finally blown into one bottle shape.

► Filling machine

1). Filling machine adopts gravity filling way, the bottle mouth rises to open filling valve, then filling starts. When the material rises and plugs up to air returning hole, the filling stops; and then the bottle moves down, leaves from the filling valves, which means the whole filling process is finished.
2). High-speed and high-precision filling valve: 200ml/s, ± 2mm.
3). Servo drive system
4). With CIP cleaning function
5). The arrangement of steel gear and nylon gear is chiastic to reduce noise.

► Capping machine

1). Full bottles will enter capping machine via transition starwheel. The anti-rotation knife of capper blocks bottle neck to keep bottle vertical and prevent rotation. Capping heads keep revolution and do rotation. Under effect of cam, the action of gripping cap, sleeve cap, screwing cap and discharging cap to finish the whole capping process. The finished bottles are deliveryed via bottle-out starwheel onto bottle-out conveyor, and then are sent out of the blowing-filling-capping combiblock system.
2). Magnetic constant torque, defective rate≤ 0.2%
3). Reversal caps ejecting device
4). No bottles, no feeding cap
