3 in 1 Mineral Water Bottle Filling Machines

Description

The machine for bottle integrates the function of rinsing, filling and capping together. Based on advanced technology overseas, and designed according to filling processing demands of carbonated drinks and soda water to be one of the advanced filling production lines.

Water Filling Machine is used in producion of minerals and pure water packed in polyester bottles.Washing ,filling and capping are integrated in one machine.

The gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used .The filling is fast ,the amout of liquid is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process.

The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle.When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available ,the machine can be stopped automatically.The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed steplessly.

The production capacity can be displayed digitally and also can be adjusted conveniently.

The bottle enters into the filling part of 3-in-1 machine through screw by convey chain. The filling valve acted by the cam can realize up and down. The filling valve opens and begins filling when it moves down and touches the bottleneck, the filling valve move up and leave the bottleneck when it finishes filling, the full bottle is transferred to the capping part through hold neck transition poking wheel. The guard plate holds bottle upright not rotating. The screw capping head keeps in revolution and autorotation. It can finish a whole capping course including catching, pressing, screwing, discharging through the action of the cam. The full bottle is transferred to bottle outlet conveyor to the next process through poking wheel.

Our newly developed capping machine, the bearing of the rotating part adopts igus self-lubricating engineering plastic bearing, no need to add lubricating oil, the structure is simple and easy to clean. The newly designed cam has very low noise during high-speed operation. The screw cap of the new structure has a uniform and continuous force, no jamming, and the torque can be adjusted freely.

1. All roating discs are welded with stainess steel .

2. Use an efficient spray nozzle, flush the bottle with a set angle and flush it to any part of the inner wall of the bottle. Rise throughly and save the water of the bottle.

3. Both cylinder clamping and reverse mechanism sliding sleeve adopt.

4. Corrosion resistant and maintenance bearing.

5. The power of the cylinder is transmintted by the transmission system of the frame.

6. All roating discs are made of stainless steel 304.

7. Filling method for gravity filling.

8. Thefiling valve is manufactured by 304.

9. High precision and high speed liquid filling valve, the accurancy of liquid level is less than or equal to 2mm.

10. The whole liquid cylinder is adopted, and the liquid level of the liquid culinder is controlled by floating ball.

11. Magnetic constant torque screw, the screw cap effect is stable and reliable. and the sealing rate is less than 0.3 percent.
