Main feature

1. The suspending bottle-neck clamping design makes the bottle stable during the high-speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of production of different types of bottles easily.

2. The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle's screw thread. Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.

3. The advanced gravity filling technology used in this machine makes the filling quick, steady and accurate.

4. Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted steplessly. Capping is reliable and does no harm to the caps.

5. Advanced technologies, such as human-machine interface touch-screen and PLC program control are adopted in this machine.

6. All parts that have direct contact with the water are made of high quality stainless steel. The critical electrical components are from famous international companies, such as Mitsubishi, Omron to name a few.
7. The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles.

Machine description

►Washing part

The rotary wheel is a fully stainless steel welded structure.
It applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle gripper clamp bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle gripper is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.
All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.
The washing part is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission

►Filling part

Rotary wheel fully made of SUS304.
Gravity filling method.
Filling valves are made of SUS304.
Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.
Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth.
Level of cylinder is controlled with floating ball.
Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame.
