1). High-speed blow valve group with high-speed network control ensures blowing technic precision and unification.
2). Three-dimensional dynamic simulating design ensures exact and reliable cam transmission and mesh.
3). No need low-pressure air, adopts high-pressure air recovery system to help save air a lot.
4). Quick-change for bottle mould.
5). Wearable aluminum alloy mould surface with special treatment of hardness.

7). It adopts the gripper transfer technology accurately controlled by cam mechanism. Preform picking & sending are all finished by grippers

►Auto PE film wrapping system
1). Applying imported Siemens PLC, which can control the machine automatically, with stable performance, precise control.
2). With the capacity of feeding and sorting bottles, shrinking and cooling shaping automatically.
3). Inductive switch control the feeding of film, which can control the length of film and reduce the consumption.
4). Imported transducer control for the convey motor, which can realize stepless speed regulation.
5). Advanced Helical air circulation structure, three layer of heat insulation treatment, and energy saving.
6). Strengthened cooling shaped tunnel, which can shaped the package quickly and transported conveniently.
7). Loading bottom plate automatically, color film wrapping and shrinking.
