The combiblock has integrated the functions of blowing, filling, and capping. It's controlled by PLC, the touch screen would demonstrate the various parameters, such as heating temperature, pressure change curve in blowing process, filling liquid level position etc. If customers want to have any adjustments, they just need to change the parameters on the screen.

Working process

► Preform feeding system: preform hopper, preform elevator, preform unscrambler

We adopt the matured worldwide-standardized way of preform feed-in and unscrambling, in which preforms go through preform elevator from preform hopper, and then transmitted to preform unscrambler. Inside the preform unscrambler, preforms are automatically sorted and delivered by two inclined revolving cylinders with same speed, and the remaining ones will be picked by wheel and sent back to preform hopper again. The whole process of preform feeding is fully automatic and has high efficiency without preform scratches.

►Preform ionic air duster

In-line ion gas preform purification technology cleans the preform.

► Preform heater

1). It adopts the optimal heating process state of the preform screw thread mouth downward, to reduce the bad influence of the upward convection hot air on the preform screw-thread mouth, and it is more convenient to heat the embryo body of preform fully in a limited space. Besides, it will be more energy efficient and more uniform.

2). The Air flow, bottle-neck cooling waterway and air-cooling protection devices in the heating zone have been carefully designed to effectively protect the bottle-neck

► Blowing machine

These heated preforms are sent to the mold by specialized mechanical hands that along a certain cam curve. The preform is stretched and pre-blown, and then passed through the high pressure gas to be finally blown into one bottle shape.

► Filling machine

1). Filling machine adopts gravity filling way, the bottle mouth rises to open filling valve, then filling starts. When the material rises and plugs up to air returning hole, the filling stops; and then the bottle moves down, leaves from the filling valves, which means the whole filling process is finished.

2). High-speed and high-precision filling valve: 200ml/s, ± 2mm.

► Capping machine

1). Full bottles will enter capping machine via transition starwheel. The anti-rotation knife of capper blocks bottle neck to keep bottle vertical and prevent rotation. Capping heads keep revolution and do rotation. Under effect of cam, the action of gripping cap, sleeve cap, screwing cap and discharging cap to finish the whole capping process. The finished bottles are deliveryed via bottle-out starwheel onto bottle-out conveyor, and then are sent out of the blowing-filling-capping combiblock system.
