Blowing Filling Capping Combiblock Introduction
The combiblock combines the blowing system, filling system and capping system in one integrated system, reducing several intermediaries suchas transmission, empty bottle handling and storage processes, which improves packaging hygienic condition and reduces packaging ross-contamination so as to improve the overall operating efficiencybut lower the energy consumption, thereby reduces the overall production cost of enterprises.

Blowing Filling Capping Combiblock Working process
► Blowing system
1. High-speed blow valve group with high-speed network control ensures blowing technic precision and unification.
2. Three-dimensional dynamic simulating design ensures exact and reliable cam transmission and mesh.
3. High-pressure blow valve group optimum design helps save air a lot.
4. Quick-change for mould.
5. Wearable aluminum alloy mould surface with special treatment of hardness.
6. Key points automatic lubrication.
► Filling system
1). Filling machine adopts gravity filling way, the bottle mouth rises to open filling valve, then filling starts. When the material rises and plugs up to air returning hole, the filling stops; and then the bottle moves down, leaves from the filling valves, which means the whole filling process is finished.
2). High-speed and high-precision filling valve: 200ml/s, ± 2mm.

5). The arrangement of steel gear and nylon gear is chiastic to reduce noise.
► Capping system
1). Full bottles will enter capping machine via transition starwheel. The anti-rotation knife of capper blocks bottle neck to keep bottle vertical and prevent rotation. Capping heads keep revolution and do rotation. Under effect of cam, the action of gripping cap, sleeve cap, screwing cap and discharging cap to finish the whole capping process. The finished bottles are deliveryed via bottle-out starwheel onto bottle-out conveyor, and then are sent out of the blowing-filling-capping combiblock system.
