Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System Description

RO water purification system is to produce high quality drinking water for drinking or beverage factory etc.

1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to sand/carbon filter

2. Sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on

3. Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on

4.Softener ---Hard water is softened by removing the calcium magnesium it contains.

5. Micron filter--prevent any deposition of large Particles, some bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.

6. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane, at least 2.0 MPA

Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System Main equipments

Quartz sand filter

 To remove the particulate solids from waste water.
Active carbon filter To remove the pigment, smell, chemical and biological organisms, reducing the pesticide pollution and other harmful pollutants in the water
Sodium filter To soften the water, reduce the hardness of water.
Precesie filter To clear the final big volume substance in water , to protect the membrane in reverse osmosis.

Reverse osmosis device The membrane in the reverse osmosis device only with 0.001 micron pore size, can be used for remove dissolved solids and bacteria, viruses, etc., desalination rate of more than 99.6 percent, and will arrive the National standard pure water.
