Product Description

The machine was used for filling beer into glass bottle and seal it by crown cap. The beer filling machine monoblock was combined with glass bottle washing, beer filling and crown capping machine into one body.
The guiding shaft for bottle positioning with bottle support, stable bottle in feed and discharge.
The controlling theory for the high pressure foaming injection system.
The high pressure forming injection system(induced bubble device) can reduce the air into beer bottle to use foam. So the beer will be more purity and fresh.
The beer filler height adjustable and crowner heads for different height of bottle. Designed cap hopper and transporter, less cap distortion, simpler structure and easier for clearing.
The crowner can be fully decrease the bacterial pollution.
Fast change over parts, such as bottle in feed worm, star wheel and guiding board.
Programmable controller automatically controls the filling steps, cullet flushing, filling valve opening/closing.
It is a good beer machine for small and middle beer maker.
