Machine function:

Position on the round bottle and square bottle to paste OPP, BOPP and paper labels which are rolling without glue. This machine will deliver labels automatically, select and cut labels, glue at both ends of each label, add labels and smooth out labels.

The machine suits for the application of mineral water, beverage, food, washing and other industries to realize labels-cutting, glues-coating and labelling for round bottles and square bottle.

1.3.4. Feeding screw stem

The feeding screw stem is applicable for separating bottles by a certain length and the bottles are conveyed by the transport line and then go into the feeding star wheel gullet. Change the screw stem for bottles with different diameters!

Release <the screw stem adjusting handle screw>, rotate <the screw stem adjusting hand-wheel> to allow adjusting the anteroposterior position of the screw stem, set at the bottom of the screw stem groove and level with the starting point of the guide panel, after adjusting relock <the screw stem adjusting handle screw>.

Release <the push panel adjusting locking handle screw> to allow the anteroposterior position of the stop panel adjustable, during adjusting place two bottles in the screw stem groove to set the length between the push panel and the bottles to be 1~2mm appropriately. After finish adjusting relock <the push panel adjusting locking handle screw>.

Adjusting the combination of the screw stem and the star wheel: Remove <the screw transmission hood>, release the clamping screws in the coupling (while the screw stem is rotatable freely), run the machine by inching to set one tooth of the star wheel at front of the screw stem, place a bottle at front end of the screw stem (the big end of the screw stem), rotate the screw stem by hands to make the bottle wheel go into the star wheel teeth, relock the clamping screw in the coupling and recover <the screw transmission hood>!

Changing the screw stem: When the screw stem is changed for the bottle with another diameter, release the locking handle screw at the screw stem rear end (the small end of the screw stem), and pull out the rear end centre pin and draw the screw the screw stem lightly to remove the screw stem. Guide the front end of the required screw stem into the front end of the drive shaft, while rotate the screw stem, push it in the straight direction lightly, after set it in the right location, insert the rear end center pin and relock the handle screw. Follow the above steps to re-adjust the combination of the screw stem, the stop panel and the star wheel!
