Automatic PLC Hot Fruit Liquid Filling Machine High Capacity

Product Description:

This machine can meet all the technical requirements for hot drink filling below 95.All filling valves and beverage conducting pipes can be cleaned,and the automatic washing interface CIP is dasigned in the machine.
Before capping the Rowater washing device is used to wash the bottle mouth to keep mould away from the bottle mouth.

Magnetic torque is used for screw capping,the power og screw capping can be adjusted step-less,Constant power can be used to screw the plastic caps.
The human-machine-interface touch-screen,the most advanced PLC control and frequency changing technologies are used in this machine.

Characteristics:

1.The machine adopts advanced photoelectricity to detect runnning status.No bottle no filling

2.Bottle is entered by air conveyor,the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape isn't changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck way.

3.Adopting clamping bottleneck way to wash bottle mouth and avoid touching screw mouth.

When bottle type changes,you need to change the board related with bottle diameter.

4.Filling adopts cylinder feeding structure,filling valve adopts high filling speed and mass flow rate valve which control liquids level accurately and without loss.

5.The capping system applies advanced French technology,when clamp the cap will screw immediately and magnetic torque type capping head.

6.The PLC and transducer are chosen from international famous brand,such as OMRON,

MITSUBISHI and so on.
