Description

Liquid filling machine oil 50 ml 3700 ml filling and packing machine

Empty bottles are transferred by variable pitch screw and star-wheels to bottle supports of filling station. There are weighting sensors installed on the bottle supports which are well protected. After automatic peeling is empty bottle inspection and slanting bottle inspection, start to slow filling, then switch to normal filling.

It will be switched slow filling when liquid level is approaching determined position, finally the sensor will send signal to stop filling when reach the determined weight. Reset the weighting sensor after bottles leave the bottle support for the following filling, filled bottle will be conveyed to capper by transition star-wheel. Capper is equipped with cap elevator and unscrambler, sorted caps will be conveyed by cap chute to cap feed-in plate where the caps will be captured by capper for capping. Capped bottle will be conveyed to conveying chain for following process.

Main Features

5.Liquid buffer element specially designed inside filling valves can eliminate the cutting affection and wallop between liquid and container, easy to eliminate the air bubble in material.
6.Capping heads are magnetic constant-torque equipped to ensure capping quality with no damage.
7.Highly effective cap sorting and feed in system is protective for feed in and cap absence.
8.Equipped with overload system to safeguard machine and operators.
9.Equipped with cap absence detector and bottle jam-up detector, which could stop the monoblock in that case.
10.Equipped with output calculating function for monoblock.
11.Main electronic components (touch screen, PLC and frequency inverter) are imported products.

Machinery Structure

Bottle Infeed Screw
Bottle block cylinder is used to prevent the bottle go into the filling equipment during normal running and default. It can be operated manually and automatically. If there is not enough bottle supply, the bottle block cylinder controls the starwheel and reduces the running speed as well.
Bottle infeed screw drive is composed by the 2 level reducer, the 1st level is the cone gear drive, for driving the bottle in screw and bottle in chain, the 2nd level is bottle in screw drive box, for adjusting the bottle infeed screw and position adjustment during bottle shape changing .
Filler
This machine works stable, fills precisely, and suits for cold and hot filling. The piston and piston barrel after the treatment of top technology, cooperate accurately, durable and wearable. It is equipped with material stirring system, three points liquid level control, frequency conversion adjustment, bottle in and out protection, automatic speed adjustment, filling with bottles and no filling without bottles. It adopts with good stainless-steel material, which meets the requirement of food sanitation, nice appearance.This machine is reliable in design, compact in structure, additional with protection cover.Compact structure, complete controlling system, convenient operation and high automatization. Parts connect with material are all made of good stainless steel, bear rust and easy cleaning.Precise in fixed quantify.
Rinser
Composed by Dispenser, rinsing clamp, rinsing water recycle, there is a fixed rinsing time, the empty bottle was held by a fixed track, rinsing, drying, then reaches the cleaning purpose.
Capper
Composed by gear device, capping device, anti-rotate pole and elevated device. The drive is passed through transfer gear to the capper gear , and the elevated pole pass it to the capper.
Discharge Starwheel
Nylon starwheel and conveyor belt work together to discharge bottles.
Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
Discharge Conveyor
1.Driving motor is frequency inverted to synchronize with the filling line to prevent bottles from falling.

2.Discharge conveyor is equipped with photocell switch to slow down and stop filling line in case of fallen bottles.

Machine Frame

1.The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet.

2.Driving system of the 3-in-1 Unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission.

3.The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.

4.The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety.

Electrical control system

The electrical cabinet is made of plated carbon steel. From bottle infeed to bottle discharge, a PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the 3-in-1 Unit.
