Operating Conditions:

1,Supple of Liquid Nitrogen: Regulate to 0.4-0.8Mpa and connect to vacuum pipe.

2,Compressed Air or Nitrogen: Supply to working of dosing valve. The pipe pressure range is from 0.4Mpa to 0.6Mpa.

3,CGA295 connector between liquid nitrogen tank and vacuum pipe.
