Palletizer is a machine which can arrange the cartons which has been loaded containers in a certain code on the tray. The stacking is automatic and launched many layers. Stacking complete, the layers will be push out. It is easy for the forklift to convey the layers to storage facility. This machine uses PLC+touch screen controls, intelligent operation management, simple, easy to master, can also greatly reduce the number of workers and labor intensity.

Main features


1) Adopt touch-screen operation to achieve human-computer dialogue. The rate of products can be showed. The cause and location of the failure can also be showed. High level of automation is adopted. Sorting stacking layers of cartons, pallet supply and discharge can be controlled by the programmable PLC.
