Product Description

Air conveyor system stand on the ground by foot support, fans should be installed above the air conveyor. There equipped with air primary filter at the entrance of each fans to avoid dust blow into bottle. Bottle neck in the air conveyor was stuck by the hanging bottle board then delivery to the filling machine by wind.


Main features


1, In addition to fans, legs, hanging bottle board and other plastic, nylon, and the rest are made of 304 stainless steel.
2. Out of the clean room there equipped with air primary filter at the entrance of each fans to avoid dust blow into the bottle, inside the clean room there equipped with medium filter guarantee the air in the filling area is clean, so that prevent second pollute in the filling area.
3, Between the fan and the box body is equipped with the manual air quantity adjustment device, the control air quantity, guarantees the bottle conveying works smoothly.
