4.Spray Cooler has the following features:
1) Highly reliable conveying device and flexible and convenient speed change system.
The conveyor belt used to convey bottles is a high-strength heavy-duty conveying plastic chain net with a pitch of 2 inches. It has good strength, high temperature resistance and wear resistance. The module design has hard cross ribs, and the polygonal sprocket can best support the module. Standard chain nets are provided in high-temperature and chemical-resistant polypropylene.
The chain net combined with the DTS-C dynamic transition conveyor system can exert the best product handling capacity. The system consists of a static comb plate and a dynamic DTS chain net. The chain net is located on the surface of the DTS-C comb plate, allowing the product to be automatically transitioned; the above characteristics are particularly important when the product cannot stay at the transition point of the bottle warmer feeding. The DTS-C transition conveyor system does not require a sweeper and can achieve better production line efficiency. The DTS chain net and the chains on the main feeding and discharging conveyors in the system are supported by the same friction strip on the comb plate, which can save installation time and avoid excessive conveyor adjustment processes.
The main drive uses a frequency converter to adjust the speed of the main motor. By changing the frequency of the motor, the conveying speed of the conveyor belt can be easily adjusted.
2) Efficient spraying system
This machine uses atomizing nozzles arranged neatly and orderly above the chain plate to spray all parts of the bottle evenly, so that the spray water can be fully utilized. The spray coverage area is large, ensuring the maximum heat transfer efficiency, improving the efficiency of warming the bottle, and reducing energy consumption.
3) Sensitive temperature control, simple and efficient setting
Through the temperature sensor set in the functional area of the equipment, according to the process parameters set by the system, the temperature of the spray water is efficiently and accurately controlled to heat the product to the temperature required by the process. At the same time, according to the optimization of the system software, energy consumption is reduced and energy utilization efficiency is improved.
4) Cold recovery system
The first section of the equipment is a low-temperature energy recovery system. It uses the low-temperature characteristics of the product to collect the cooled water, and then uses the customer's self-provided water cooling system as a refrigerant medium for water-cooled air conditioning, and uses it as a cooling device for relevant positions in the workshop. 6.Spray Cooler Working conditions:
The steam, air and water pressures required for product production must be stable, and the power supply voltage must also be stable.
(1) Steam pressure should be: 0.5MPa±0.1MPa.
(2) Compressed air needs to be clean and dry, and its pressure is 0.6MPa±0.1MPa.
(3) Tap water should be clean and neutral, and its pressure is 0.3MPa±0.1MPa.
(4) The power supply voltage is 380V±10%, frequency: 50Hz.
