1.Introduction of Robot Palletizer:
The robot palletizer is applied to various case-shaped for automatic convey, tidy, and palletizing operations. The case body is automatically conveyed into the differential conveying line, and it is automatically arranged by the rotary conveying device according to the requirement, then it is pushed into the designated position by the automatic pushing mechanism, the pallet is automatically conveyed to the specific position through the conveying line, and the case is arranged under the robot operation. Automatic stacking of the finished cases are carried out under the operation of the robot and it is ready for storage. The machine push type can be selected as continuous action or single cycle action, the operation adaptability is high. At the same time, it is applicable to the packing operation of the package of the back section of various drinking articles. It adopts PLC programmable computer automatic controller, photoelectric switch, travel switch, pneumatic control and other control systems. The accuracy of mechanical action is high and the operation is easy. The palletizing system uses high-precision robot operation, which is stable in operation, less in failure, and durable.
2.Application Scenario for Robot Palletizer.
Robot Palletizer is widely used in water production line, beverage production line, canned food production line, pet food production line, beer production line, liquid seasoning production line, etc.
3.Robot palletizing system process:
Step 1: The packaged products are transported by the conveyor line to the belt acceleration device. After the cartons are pulled apart, they enter the marshaling area. According to the requirements of the front arrangement method, some cartons are directly sent to the half-layer marshaling area, and some are turned to enter the half-layer weaving area. When the weaving is completed, the palletizing robot in the waiting state is notified; at the same time, the empty pallet is transported to the designated position in the robot's working area through the automatic pallet conveying system.
Step 2: After receiving the signal, the robot grabs the box and places it on the pallet according to the predetermined stacking method. At the same time, the new carton packaging is transported to the robot's grabbing work area.
Step 3: The robot performs the STEP1-2 work cycle.
Step 4: After the robot completes the stacking, the full pallet is output to the next packaging station or forklift out position through the automatic pallet conveying system, and the palletizing completion signal is issued. The operator uses the forklift to move the full pallet out. At the same time, the new empty pallet is sent to the palletizing position. The whole system ensures that even if the forklift cannot arrive in time, it can immediately enter the next pallet palletizing state.
One robot can palletize 2 pallets of products at the same time, with the two pallets containing products of different appearances. (Using the one-to-two solution)
4.Equipment composition:
1) Robot host:
Choose a robot of an internationally renowned brand, and determine the robot model according to the pallet type, palletizing load and technical department.
2) Robot base.
3) Acceleration separation belt:
It consists of two sections, and the linear speeds of the front and rear belts are different. The linear speed of the front section is greater than that of the rear section, so that the boxes that are close together can be pulled apart to prepare for no collision when the boxes are placed in the next section.
4) Marshalling station
Arrange the carton bodies, including mechanisms such as cutting and pushing boxes, and marshalling according to the design of the palletizing method. The boxes arranged by the marshalling station are driven to the collection platform by the box-driving mechanism, which is convenient for the robot clamp to grab.
5) Robot gripper (clamp)
The robot clamp grabs the marshaled boxes and packaging from the collection platform to the palletizing position on the palletizing mechanism for palletizing.

6) Stacking machine
6.1 Pallet warehouse
The empty pallet is released by the pallet separator and transported by the pallet conveyor to the main machine palletizing position to wait for palletizing.

8) Safety protection net:
The protection net is fixed to the ground by expansion bolts, surrounding the robot palletizing system. Safety doors are left on the side of the box inlet and outlet for easy inspection and maintenance of the equipment. The safety door has proximity switch detection, and the door opening equipment automatically stops running, ensuring the safety protection of the equipment and operators.
9) Control system:
The control system consists of a main power cabinet and an operating cabinet, with human-machine interface operation, carbon steel spray-coated main power cabinet, and a knob outside the door to control the power switch, which is easy to operate and ensure safety.
