12)Hot melt glue labeling station:
a.The hot melt glue labeling station is divided into: traction component, labeling station platform component, labeling roller component, cutter and transmission component, glue coating and transmission component, material tray and transmission component, glue box component, deflection correction component and fan component.
b.The equipment is equipped with 2 material trays, which are used to place labels in trays. The servo motor is driven and the encoder is controlled to convey the labels to the cutter power device. The fan adsorbs the labels to the cutter roller and the labeling roller. The deflection correction device corrects the labels to the predetermined trajectory during the conveying process. The cutter is divided into a moving knife and a static knife, which cuts the labels to the required length. The glue is heated from solid to liquid in the glue box. The glue coating component evenly applies the glue to the label, and then the label is attached to the container through the labeling roller.
c.Anti-rolling mechanism prevents the label from being rolled into the scraper during the transfer process, resulting in insufficient glue on the rubber roller, thus affecting the labeling effect.
d.The cutter uses imported blades from Japan, made of special materials, durable and high precision; the cutter roller is equipped with a constant temperature system, and the temperature change outside will not affect the cutter precision. The surface of the cutter roller is coated with a special process coating to increase wear resistance and prevent static electricity.
e.The glue roller adopts a scraper design to reduce the amount of glue used to a minimum and prevent glue throwing and drawing. Our glue marks run through the entire strip from top to bottom, making the labeling effect more beautiful and smooth.
13)Self-adhesive label station:

Labeling position requirements
a.The labeling position of the bottle body is required to be flat, avoiding curved surfaces and spherical surfaces, and bubbles and wrinkles after labeling;
b.The labeling position is greater than or equal to 15mm from the bottom of the bottle body to avoid scratching the label paper.
2)Requirements for hot melt adhesive label paper:
1)The trademark is cut by machine, and the edges are burr-free and neat; the trademark must be kept dry when used;
2)The trademark size error: ±0.25mm.
3)Glue adhesive requirements:
a.The adhesive should be solid hot melt adhesive, stable, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and have good viscosity;
