1) Standard station traction roller
The mechanism is driven by a servo motor and a synchronous belt, which drives the traction roller to rotate. The label film is sandwiched between the traction roller and the rubber roller, so the label film is driven and pulled. The rubber roller has a manual adjustment device to tighten the label film, so that the label film has no slip input.
2) Labeling drum
Also called a rotary drum, its function is to suck the cut fixed-length labels from the label suction drum, transfer them to the glue roller for gluing, and stick the labels to the surface of the bottle. Through the advanced cam structure design, the glue is only present at the two ends of the label, and the glue consumption is extremely small.
3)Station marking platform
It provides fixed support for each component of the labeling station. When changing the height of the bottle and the label, the position and height of the labeling station platform must be adjusted.
4)Label suction drum
The label film pulled from the traction roller is sucked onto the drum according to the designed spacing. The label suction drum is equipped with two moving knives, which cut the label film into fixed-length labels during the rotation process. The gap between the fixed knife and the moving knife can be easily adjusted through the dial.
5)Sol machine
When working, the glue dissolving machine melts the hot melt glue and supplies it to the glue coating mechanism at a constant pressure. The glue coating roller evenly coats the glue on both ends of the label by rolling glue.
6)Deviation Corrector

7)Label plate and label guide roller

9)Chainway
Linked with the conveyor line, the purpose is to keep the bottle conveying speed strictly consistent with the main machine, high speed is relatively stable.
10)Spindle system
This part mainly transmits the power from the main servo motor to the bottle pressing mechanism through gears.
11)Bottle pressing mechanism
This part is mainly composed of 30 bottle pressing heads, which move in the track cam. When the bottle rotates in the large turntable, the bottle is stably pressed on the bottle cap to meet the labeling requirements. The elastic bottle pressing head ensures that the bottle is elastically pressed on the bottle mouth from beginning to end when the height is within the adjustable circle.
12)Cam and height adjustment system
This part is mainly to adjust the bottle pressing mechanism by changing the height of the bottle. The principle is as follows: the worm gear reduction motor provides power to drive the large screw rod, while loosening the diaphragm clamping cylinder. The large screw rod drives the entire system and the bottle pressing mechanism to slide upward and downward.

15)Bottle wheel
They are the bottle inlet and bottle outlet wheels, including the middle guide plate, all made of wear-resistant nylon material, which causes almost no wear to the bottles. They are perfectly matched with the bottle holder speed, making bottle inlet and bottle outlet extremely smooth. This part must be replaced when changing the bottle type. This part adopts a quick-change handle structure, which makes adjustment faster and easier to use.
16).Shield and rack.
