We are at the 7th All China - International Wire & Cable Industry Trade Fair.

The founder Mr Cheng has spent more than 30 years in the wire and cable stranding machines manufacturing industry. With a wealth of experience, Mr Cheng started the company in 2006. In the beginning, our company is very small, less than 10 workers and less than 1000 square meters.

After a long period of development, we can produce Rigid Frame Stranding Machine, Fork Stranding Machine, Tubular Stranding Machine, Planetary Cage Stranding Machine, Cable Making Machine and Various Auxiliary Machinery.

Due to lack of workers and large processing equipment, it is hard to make good quality wire and cable machines. And Mr. Cheng had deeply understood that quality is life, so he made up his mind to improve the quality. In the following these years, almost 80% revenues is used for research and development. Now we have more than 10000 aquare meters factory, production workshop 8000 square meters.

Rigid Stranding Machine

The rigid stranding machine is used for stranding Copper, Aluminum and Aluminium alloy wires and conductors with long length and large cross section.
Stranding compressed, compacted round or sector shaped ( straight or pre-spiraling ) as per customer requirements
We also customise this cage type stranding machine in accordance with customers’ requirements.

Rigid frame stranding is designed with 1+6+12+18+24+30+36 Bobbin Cage.

Bobbin: 500mm, 630mm, 710mm DIN 46397 Standard / Modified

Laying up Machine

The laying up machine is used for making various multi-core rubber cables, plastic power cables, XLPE cables (crosslinked cables), telephone cables, signal cables, control cables and armoured cables with various cross-sections.

Laying up machine is designed with 1+1+3 or 3+3 Bibbin Cage.

Bobbin: 800mm, 1000mm, 1250mm, 1400mm, 1600mm DIN 46395 Standard / Modified

Tubular Stranding Machine

The tubular stranding machine is used for manufacturing high carbon & low carbon steel wire rope, copper & aluminium conductor, multi-core cable.

High speed stranding with back twist, for copper / aluminium round & compact conductors, steel wire stranding and multi-core cable.

Tubular stranding machine is designed with 1+6, 1+8, 1+10, 1+12, 1+18, 1+24 Bibbin Cage.

Bobbin: 200mm, 250mm, 315mm, 400mm, 500mm, 630mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1250mm DIN 46395 & DIN 46397 Standard / Modified.
