Biogas Electricity Generator Description:

The main equipment of biogas power generation system are biogas generator set, generator and heat recovery device. Biogas is supplied to the gas generator set from the storage tank through the desulfurizer, which drives the generator connected to the biogas internal combustion engine and generates electricity. The heat in the cooling water and exhaust gas discharged from the biogas generator set is recovered through the heat recovery device and then the power generator is used as a heating source for the biogas generator.

Biogas Electricity Generator System:

1. Biogas desulfurization and pressure stabilization, explosion-proof device: Biogas for engine use should first pass through the desulfurization device to reduce the corrosion of H2S on the engine. Biogas inlet pipeline is installed with pressure stabilization device to facilitate the regulation of flow rate and achieve the best air-fuel ratio. In addition, in order to prevent the inlet pipe backfire, should be placed on the biogas main pipe anti-tempering and explosion-proof devices.

2. Intake regulating system: On the intake main pipe, a set of accurate and sensitive gas mixer should be set to adjust the mixing ratio of air and biogas.

3. Engine ignition system:The combustion speed of biogas is slow, for the original use of gasoline, diesel and natural gas engine ignition system should be modified to some extent to improve the combustion efficiency, reduce the phenomenon of afterburning and extend the operating life.

4. Speed control system: if the biogas generator set independent operation, that is, to run with electricity equipment as the load, the integration and unloading of electricity equipment will make the generator load fluctuations. In order to ensure the normal operation of the generator set, biogas engine on the speed control system is essential.

5. Preheat utilization system:Preheat utilization device is used to utilize the heat in the engine cooling water and exhaust gas to improve the energy utilization efficiency of biogas.

6. Grid-connected control system: It mainly includes generator voltage regulation circuit, automatic quasi-simultaneous parallel control circuit, manual parallel and unparallel control circuit, measurement circuit, gas engine and auxiliary equipment control circuit, etc. The most economical way to use the electric energy of biogas power generation system is to meet the construction unit's own demand for points, and then connect the excess power to the public grid; the heat generated is also to meet the needs of the fermenter first, and then consider the residence, farm heating or transport to the public heating
