WNS Series Horizontal Oil & Gas Fired Steam Boiler

WNS series horizontal oil & gas fired steam boiler is fast loading structure, internal combustion, three-pass fire tube boiler, use wet back structure, high temperature flue gas scour second-pass and third-pass fire tubes one after another, and then discharge into atmosphere from back smoke box, and condenser, chimney. Boiler equip with mobile front and back smoke box cover, convenient maintenance.



Brief Introduction of Boiler Operating Conditions
Poller can operate steadily under 80-100% working conditions. 1.25 MPa, 10 tons of 193.4C steam in one hour. The thermal efficiency of fuel is 98.96%, the exhaust temperature is 48.93 Celsius, and the fuel consumption is 754.78807888 nm 3/h (product day). Ten values (>36MJ/Nm3)
