LSH Series Vertical Biomass Fired Steam Boiler

The boiler model LSH0.9-0.7-T, is a vertical flushing tube burning material steam boiler, the bottom of the furnace tank is equipped with fuel equipment; The boiler has a combustion chamber and a horizontal tube in the upper part of the combustion chamber, the main function of which is to increase the heating area of the boiler itself and to improve the thermal efficiency; the boiler is also equipped with a economizer so that the high-temperature flue gas can be reused.

After the fuel is burned on the fuel equipment, the flame directly radiates the furnace tank and the horizontal pipe, the flue gas passes through the horizontal pipe to block the flue gas into the boiler flue ring, the flue gas passes through the flue loop into the economizer, and is pumped into the dust collector by the induced fan. After dust removal, the flue gas enters the chimney, and finally the purified flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. Part of the ash falls into the ash pool in the base through the vent hole of the fuel equipment, and then passes through the ash gate to carry out the artificial slag discharge; the part is brought into the rear flue by the flue gas, and falls into the bottom ash pool of the economizer, the sludge pool of the bottom of the precipitator, and the sludge pool of the bottom of the dust collector through artificial discharge.

Many ash cleaning holes can be set up on the boiler, which can remove ash in time and effectively, avoid the trouble of operation and decrease of thermal efficiency caused by boiler ash accumulation, and ensure the stability of boiler load.

Technical Parameters

Note: the fuel consumption in the table is calculated on the basis of the low calorific value of biomass particles 17084KJ/Kg (4085Kcal/Kg). If the low calorific value of biomass fuel is larger than this value, the corresponding fuel consumption will be more economical than the value in the table.
