WNS Series High Efficiency Oil Fired Steam Boiler
The product model is WNS, a horizontal internal combustion, three cylinder (gas) combustible boiler with a wet internal structure. The corrugated furnace and combustion barn is the first return pipe, the second return pipe is the flue gas pipe, and the third return pipe consists of an economist and capacitor. The boiler is equipped with a complete automatic control device and safety protection device that senses automatic control of water level, minimum water level alarm and shutdown, automatically prevents boiler to ensure safe operation of the boiler, and automatically adjusts the stove and release protection functions.
The boiler first softens the water to the condenser, then pumps it to the condenser and returns to the soft water tank (when cooling the flue gas). The preheated demineralized water is pumped by the economist through the feed water, heated by the economist and then sent to the boiler body.
Brief Introduction of Boiler Operating Conditions
The boiler can operate in 80% to 100% operating conditions. Below 100 bar, the operating parameters of the boiler are: feed water temperature 20 ° C, nominal working pressure 1.25 MPa, 10 tons of water can be produced in one hour and the temperature is 193.4 ° C. The calculated thermal efficiency for natural gas is 98.96, the gasoline temperature is 48.93 ° C and the fuel consumption is 754.78 Nm3 / h (output used for one day). The temperature of the natural gas is very low (> 36.36 MJ / NM3).
