WNS Series High Efficiency Oil Fired Steam Boiler
The product model is WNS, which consists of three submarine combustion cycles and a wet-back integrated boiler. The furnace packaging and reactivation chamber is the first circuit, the second pipe and the third capacitor. Energy saving: Boilers are equipped with automatic control and safety protection devices, enabling them to automatically control, alarm and shut down the lowest water level.
The soft water in the boiler enters the capacitor first, then heates through the capacitor (and then cools the smoke), and then returns to the reservoir. The heated soft water is pumped to a generating unit, and then heated to the core of the boiler.
Brief Introduction of Boiler Operating Conditions
The working conditions of the boilers are stable between 80% and 100%. According to the rated load of 100%, the working parameters of the boilers are as follows: water temperature is 20 C, working pressure is 1.25 MPa, and 10 tons of steam is 193.4 C. If the fuel is natural gas, the estimated thermal efficiency is 98.96%, the emission temperature is 48.93 C, and the fuel consumption is 754.78 nanometers 3/h (the product uses low-temperature natural gas for one day (>36.36 cubic meters/cubic meters).
