YY(Q)W series boiler also called organic heat carrier boiler, using oil and gas as fuel, and using thermal oil as medium, through hot oil circulation pump forced medium liquid phase circulation, after transport thermal energy to the use of thermal equipment, return back to furnace for reheating, with the performance characteristics of acquire high temperature under low pressure, its heating temperature can reach to liquid phase 320℃ or vapor phase 400℃. Any production line which need evenly and steadily heating, and not allow the flame heating directly, the temperature between 250℃ with 380℃ all can use thermal oil boiler supply heating.
This boiler heating surface has compact structure , the heating surface was made up of inner, central, outer (or inner and outer) closely spaced round coiled tubes, inner coiled tubes is radiation heating surface absorb most of heating, high temperature flue gas go into convection heating surface and transfer heating. Flue gas out of boiler was absorbed waste heat by heat exchanger at boiler end, and then pass chimney and discharge into atmosphereP
Product Features

Boiler grate use double side ventilation, bring the ash to the front end and remove it, avoid the problem of air leakage, fuel leakage and uneven ventilation, and easy operation, have lots of advantages compared to traditional grate.
6. Easy to Remove Ash:
Set soot blower at convection heat transfer zone of boiler, can remove ash timely and efficiently, to avoid ash deposition in boiler making the boiler running is affected or thermal efficiency is dropped etc. To ensure stability of boiler loading.
