WNS Condensing Steam Boiler
The product model is WNS. This is a horizontal, three -way combustion fuel (gas) high -speed integrated boiler with a wet back structure.The wave -form tank and the ignition chamber comprise the first, the second the flue gas pipe, and the third is an economist and a condenser.
This product is light oil, natural gas, etc. The fuel is expelled from the burner, ignited by an electric lighter, and burned in the furnace under a slightly positive pressure. The high -temperature smoke enters the twisted pipes at 180 -degree after combustion and enters the first smoke chamber through the smoking pipe.
Product Features
1. Grounds for design:
Horizontal internal combustion, three -cycle complete wet tail structure, 100 -percent hydraulic design, 100 -percent wave furnace bladder, good range of temperature and reasonable structural arrangement.
2. High efficiency and energy saving:
The thermal efficiency of the furnaces may exceed 96% and, if capacitors are installed, the efficiency may exceed 100% if the furnaces are equipped.
3. Production specifications:
Parts of boilers shall be manufactured in accordance with national and international standards (ISO). Advanced manufacturing technologies are closely monitored at all stages of production to ensure product quality.
4. Main steam chamber:
As steam -drying helps to eliminate excess condensation, reduce fuel consumption, scale and prolongation of life, coke has sufficient steam room to handle load and peak fluctuations and provides steam high quality drying.
5. Duration and durability:
The quality of all the boilers in the Henan and Hebei regions is ensured by excellent technical design, advanced manufacturing technology and strict quality control.
