Sawdust dryer is widely applicable to straw press block fuel, charcoal machinery, sawdust pellet fuel, sawdust press block, farming and animal husbandry engineering etc. industry.

When drying sawdust, wood shavings, rice bran, wood chips, coconut residue and other materials, it is necessary to consider a very important issue, that is, the material in the drying process to avoid burning. Our sawdust rotary dryer uses multi-tube indirect drying, and the materials are in indirect contact with hot air, which can effectively solve the problem of material burning.

The working principle of sawdust dryer:

The sawdust are transported by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor to the inside of the dryer. The front is equipped with a hot air furnace. The high-temperature gas generated enters the dryer through the fireproofing device, and the material is dispersed through the low-speed rotation and lifting plate,he high-temperature airflow pass through the material to make exchange. the dryer has a certain angle of inclination, and sufficient air volume to drive the material forward. Finally, the dried material is discharged from the cyclone, and the moisture is discharged by the exhaust fan to achieve the drying purpose.

6. Lifting plates installed inside the drum makes the material fully mixed with the hot air,

with low residue and high drying efficiency.

8. Thermal insulation set at outer layer of drum can effectively prevent the heat from losing

and improve the utilization efficiency.
