Raw material for wood pellet mill machine :

Although many kinds of raw materials (such as household garbage and waste) are suitable for making biomass pellets, only two kinds of them, agricultural wastes and wood residues, are frequently applied.
Agricultural wastes: wheat straw, rice husk, corncob, corn stalk, tea leaf waste, peanut shell, leaf mustard, sunflower seed shell, jute waste, coffee bean pulp, waste cigarette stem, palm kernel shell, bagasse, bean stalk, coconut shells, dry grass, etc.
Wood residues: wood shavings, sawdust, and little bark left behind in sawmill, furniture factory, paper plant and construction industry; branches and rotten wood lying by roadside; dead trees killed by insects or diseases

1.the working principle : the flat die wood pellet mill its main working principle is that the motor is driven by high-precision gears to drive the ring die to rotate at high speed. Two eccentric pressure roller assemblies (extrusion cylinders) are arranged inside, and the material enters the granulation chamber ,is physically extruded into a diameter of 6-8- 10-12mm pellets .

2.The advantage :High-quality bearings are used in the transmission part of the whole machine to ensure high-efficiency, stable and low-noise transmission. The ring die adopts the quick-discharge hoop type, and the feeding adopts the stainless steel fan blade for forced feeding to ensure uniform feeding, The motor and the gear box are connected by an international advanced level compensation type serpentine spring coupling, which is fed with variable frequency speed regulation to ensure uniform feeding.

4The wearing parts of wood sawdust pellet mill machine:When the material go into the chamber ,it is squeezed by ring die and roller shell ,so this two parts are easy to be worn .For different material such as soft wood and hard wood ,it would result in different degree wearing ,and the cleanliness of material like if iron stuff is inside or not ,the moisture etc. all will influence using time of ring die and roller shell .
