INTENDED USE
Diagnostic Kit for Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Specific T Cells (ELISpot) (QB-Spot) is used in vitro to detect effector T cells activated by Mycobacterium tuberculosis-specific antigen stimulation in lymphocytes separated from anti-coagulated human fresh peripheral vein blood.
QB-Spot uses the ELISpot method for the diagnosis of clinically suspected tuberculosis.
QB-Spot treat T cells separated the subject’s whole blood with Mycobacterium tuberculosis-specific antigen’s stimulation in vitro. T cells infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis can produce a specific reaction to such stimulation in vitro, turning into specific effector T cells and producing IFN-γ.
