Full Automatic Wafer Biscuit Production Line Wafer Biscuit Making Machine
This wafer production line is Full-automatic.
The reducer adopt SEW or Guomao for option, the electric use Schneider.
Operating system uses Siemens brand PLC programming to make the process automated and easy control.

Production process of wafer biscuit production line
1.Wafer Batter Mixer
Function: Makes the batter for the system to produce the wafers.
(1) This system constitutes of: batter mixing tank , batter storage tank , pumps and fittings for transferring batter.
(2) All adopt Stainless Steel food quality material.
(3) Capacity of the batter will be 25kgs of flour per batch which can be converted into about 65 kg batter within 5 minutes of mixing.
(4) Batter Mixer will have flat type lid to cover the mixing units.
2.Baking oven
(1) The wafer baking system uses LPG or LNG for heating of the baking plates.
(2) The function of the baking oven is fully automatic from spreading batter on the plates through until baked wafer sheets come out of the oven.
(3) In PLC there is PID controller which is used for controlling the temperature of the baking plates automatically .
(4) The oven status display and the data reset are supplied by a touch screen, all motor have the starting current protection and thermal overload protection.
(5) The oven with automatic transport system of scrubs from batter mixer to storage tank of oven .
(6) Plates and products cleaning by air cylinder.
3.Sheet Receiver
Function: Used to receive the wafer sheet from the oven, which is connecting to the oven and the cooling cabinet.
4.Door type Cooling Tower
Function:This machine raises the wafer sheets to have natural cooling.
(1) Relieves heat stress applied on the wafer sheet during baking process.
(2) This is an improved system according to your requirement increasing width & height of the carry arms.
(3) All parts that contact the food are made out of Stainless steel.
5.Sheet Picking machine with discharge device
Power: 0.18kW

6.Cream Spreading Machine (two colors)
Functions : applying cream (chocolate) layer on pre-cooled wafer sheets, draw evenly the cream (chocolate) layer and making the book of wafers sheets with different layer of cream (chocolate) and sheets, then applying slight pressure to hold the wafer/cream (chocolate) together.
(1) Number of cream layers and wafer layers can be adjusted as required to have count of 3/ 4/ 5 etc.
(2) Automatically count them according to the adjustment made.
(3) Anticipate the roller of filler contain automatic constant temperature control.
(4) Draw the layer thickness adjustable.
7.Cooling Cabinet & Compressor
Function: Used for cooling the laminated wafers with cream filled.
(1) This cooler adopts refrigeration compressors which working with cold water (4ºC), the inside temperature can be adjusted from 0ºC to 8ºC.
(2) Whole shell are made of Stainless steel, And inside wall is made of PB board, in-out convey belts are adopted food grade PVC.
(3) In order to keep the air quality, each in-out of cold air has a filter mesh to filter the impurity in the air.
8. Cutting Machine with Left and Right conveyor machine
Funcyion:It is a blade cut machine to cut the cream filled wafer sheets depending on the final size required. Two cutting machine with different direction.
(1) The cutting size can be continently adjustable.
(2) Pneumatically handled so that the smooth transfer through the machine is ensured.
(3) The direction changing to have longitudinal and cross will be done automatically.
(4) The antiseptic treatment is made after the machine frame and racks made by carbon node steel, the table are polished carbon steel with chrome plating
9.Cream Mixer (Double jacket for water cooled/heat system)
Function: Used to mix the sugar power, shorting material into wafer sandwich material, which can turn the raw material into sandwich cream in a certain period of time through the low and high speed to offer it to the cream spreading machine to spread it to the surface of wafer biscuit.

10.Smashing Machine
Function: Used for grinding the discarded wafer in to reusable form.
(1) Reuse wastage in order to minimize the overall wastage of wafer baking system to 2%.
(2) The ground material can be used with cream.
(3) The smashing or grinding machine is constructed out of stainless steel material to maintain hygiene of reusable product.
(4) The grinding system is driven by 3Kw motor to have high power and efficiency.

11. Row Multiplier
Function: To divided wafer biscuit for many separate rows before chocolate enrobling and packing.
