The modified bitumen machine can meet the production preparation and storage requirements of rubber powder modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt in the case of no thermal oil boiler on site.

Modified bitumen machine features

1. Reliable and steady agitating system

Set 3 sets of horizontal mixing tanks to be evenly distributed, without mixing dead angles. The horizontal cage stirring device generally only has one set of horizontal stirring, and even if two sets of stirring are provided, it can only be arranged up and down, and the left and right positions have a stirring dead angle.

2. Highly accurate measuring and adjustable formulation

The modified bitumen machine uses flow meter to measure continuously and adjust bitumen pump flow by frequency converting. Adopting screw feeding + buffer silo frequency converting screw transportation structure to realize the feeding, measuring and transporting of polymer granule. SBS modifier can have different dosing percentage from 4%-15% to adjust formulation when needed, enriching the formulation types of PMB.

3. The modified bitumen machine also can produce to rubber bitumen production.

4. Bitumen temperature auto control

The control room remotely controls electric control valve using the temperature signal from thermal couple, realizing bitumen temperature display and remote control.

5. Container frame structure: module design realized function modularization and structural modularization, easy assembling and convenient transportation.
