Energy Saving Environmental Protection New Electric Heating Automatic Control Asphalt Storage Tank For Asphalt Plant

The type tank is equipped with the thermal oil electric heating box and the thermal oil coils, the thermal oil is heated by the electric heater, then the thermal oil circulating pump forces the thermal oil to heat the asphalt through the thermal oil coils in the tank.

The start and stop of the electric heater is automatically controlled by both temperatures of asphalt and thermal oil. The temperature of the asphalt and the thermal oil are kept within the proper temperature range, realizing automatic production.

Direct heating electric heating asphalt storage tanks are available with lower cost, without thermal oil coils and the asphalt is heated by the electrical heater directly.

Asphalt storage tank components

Electric heating asphalt tank is mainly composed of tank body, rock wool insulation layer, electric heater, asphalt thermometer, asphalt temperature sensor, asphalt level gauge, pressure level sensor, top manhole, asphalt inlet and outlet, ladder guardrails, electric control box and so on.

option 1, electric heater heating thermal oil, avoiding asphalt aging by indirect heating.

option 2, electric heater heating asphalt directly, saving cost with lower price.
