Cylinder shape asphalt heating tank main components

Mainly include tank body(including insulation layer), diesel burner, built-in combustion chamber (including thermal oil jacket layer), multirow flue and thermal oil coils, asphalt pump, thermal oil circulation pump, thermal oil expansion tank, asphalt temperature control system, thermal oil temperature control system, liquid level meter, pipeline and asphalt pump heat tracing system, asphalt entrance and exit, climbing ladder, switch box and discharge manger.

Working principle

The device has a built-in combustion chamber with a thermal oil jacket layer, and the multirow of flue and the thermal oil coil. The thermal oil is heated by the flame in the jacket layer, then the hot thermal oil is pumped and passed through the coil to heat the asphalt, meanwhile, the hot exhaust also heat the asphalt through the multirow flue, so the two methods including the high temperature flue and the hot thermal oil coil heat the asphalt at the same time.

Features

1, The shape of the equipment is a horizontal cylinder tank with a complete base.

2, The equipment uses cleaner diesel oil as fuel and the burner brand is Baltur imported from Italy. It has the stable performance, full combustion, high thermal efficiency and no pollution. It can automatically control the heating temperature of bitumen (setting the upper and lower limits of the required temperature for the bitumen and thermal oil, the burner will be automatic shutdown when the temperature reach the upper limit, automatic start when reach the lower limit), without manual supervision.

3, The device has a built-in combustion chamber with a thermal oil jacket layer, and the multirow of flue and the thermal oil coil. 4, This heating method reuses the high temperature flue gas wasted by the traditional thermal oil asphalt heating device, also avoids the disadvantage of aging asphalt easily caused by direct heating in the combustion chamber from the old direct heating equipment, and makes the asphalt heating faster, more uniform, higher output, higher heat utilization rate, more energy-saving and environmental protection.

5, The equipment has the function of supplying hot thermal oil to the outside at the same time when heat asphalt in the tank, which can perfectly solve the heat tracing problem of the asphalt pipeline system.

6, Equipped with asphalt pump and pneumatic three-way valve, the pneumatic three-way valve can automatically switch the direction of asphalt supply according to the signal received from the metering box on the asphalt mixing plant (pump asphalt into the metering box of asphalt mixing plant or return to the tank for circulation).

7, The tank body is fully insulated, and the temperature drop is not more than 10% of the atmosphere difference within 24 hours.
