Application: It is used for the test of blood coagulation mechanism, such as PT, APTT. The citrate

Concentration is 109mol/L. The mixing ratio is 9 part citrate solution to 1 parts blood. The inner tube is made of PP materials, which can prevent the evaporation of liquid additive, and keep the concentration of sodium citrate solution stable. Furthermore, the dry surface is favorable to obtain accurate testing result. The outer tube is made of PET materials, which can maintain the vacuum stable in the shelf life period. The double layer tube can bear the relative centrifugal force with 2500-3000g to obtain platelet-free plasma(PFP).
