Question: Does it drain the car battery if it stays plugged in even when the vehicle is off?

Answer: It depends on the port you plug it into. If the port is powered by the car battery, then it will drain it. In fact, anything you plug into that port will drain the car battery! However, if it’s only powered when the key is in the ignition, then the power to that port will be turned off when you turn the car off.

Question: Will this work in older cars? I have a 2005 Toyota.

Answer: It will work with any car that has a 12-24 volt cigarette lighter and an FM radio. So unless your car is pre-1956 when they standardized the "modern" cigarette lighter socket, you are good to go.

Question: What version of bluetooth does this use?

Answer: It is Bluetooth version 5.0.

Question: How do i change the frequency ?

Answer: There is a button that once you press cycles through the frequency. Very easy to adjust. I didn’t even look at the manual.
