Difference about Grey chipboard & Duplex paper

>> Grey chipboard is made of pulp and each layer of base pulp. Its structure is mainly divided into the bottom layer, core layer, lining layer, surface layer and coating. The color of the bottom surface of the gray cardboard is gray, and the waste newspaper is deinked, so the composition of the bottom layer is very mixed; the surface is white, which is a thin coating surface made of a mixture of chemical materials such as kaolin powder and adhesive. The surface layer (coated surface) has a high whiteness, and the ink absorbability, smoothness and printing gloss are good, and the cardboard itself has good stiffness and folding resistance. After the surface of the gray cardboard is coated, the surface properties have been greatly improved, which can meet the requirements of high-quality color printing, and is a high-quality material for high-end commodity packaging boxes.
