Description

Ceiling Tile Equipment / Automatic Gypsum Board Lamination Machine

Gypsum board lamination machine is to laminate fiber glass, paper, PVC film and aluminum foil on gypsum board,the finished products can be used as ceiling tile and partition wall panel.

Automatic feeding→ dust cleaning →PVC film and aluminum foil laminating→ film cutting(manual/automatic)→conveying →vertical cutting(dust collecting)→horizontal cutting(dust collecting)→small board stacking →edge sealing →stretch packing →finished products stacking

1.Automatic gypsum board feeding machine


The cylinder push the gypsum board that above on the stack lift platform to the conveyor roll, Ready to laminate PVC and aluminum film
