Mineral Rock Wool Production Line Rock Mineral Basalt Wool Production Line
The raw materials used in rock wool production include basalt, dolomite, binders, etc. The raw materials are loaded into the hopper by the elevator, and the melting furnace is heated and melted into the melt flow tank. The lava flow is cooled and spun into fibers by the centrifuge, and then sprayed into the fiber molding room. The binder is added during the spraying process, and the fibers are heated by the negative pressure wind. Pull down to the mesh belt to form the original felt. The mesh belt transports the original felt to the pendulum cloth machine to swing the cloth. The original felt after the swing cloth is transported to the curing furnace by the cloth machine, and runs forward between the upper and lower chain belts. The hot air blower blows the hot air into the curing furnace. The cotton felt in the furnace is solidified, and the solidified products are cut, first longitudinally cutting, and then transversely cutting, and the finished product is packaged and put into storage.
