What kind watermark info can be overlaid on the video file?
The default watermark info include the camera ID, username, data/time, and you can optional add the GPS info, even some user define information.

What is the bandwidth needed for the live streaming?
Normally, it needs at least 1mbps bandwidth to make sure the live streaming is good.

Do we need to do any special settings to make the SIM card connect to internet?
Normally, the camera will detect the SIM card and connect to internet automatically; maybe some SIM card provider will request to setup the special APN to access to internet.

The camera can sync the date/time automatically?

Yes, as long as the camera connect to internet or connect to the PC, it will sync the data/time automatically.

What language of the UI interface it can support?
