Steam boiler drum

1. A limitation of the purely mechanical level measurement devices was that in their basic configurations they could not compensate for changes in steam drum pressure or ambient temperature.

These are specialized HRSGs that are used for injecting steam into the wells for the purpose of pumping crude oil.
